The application does not collect or process users’ personal identifying data.

Technical anonymous data and geolocation data (with explicit consent) may be collected, used only to display location-based content.

The PWA version may use technical cookies. The native application does not use cookies.

Chatbot

The application also includes an automated chatbot that provides real-time tourist information, retrieving content already published within the application and on the official website of the Municipality of Pietraroja. Use of the chatbot is entirely anonymous: no login is required and no personal identifying data is collected. Messages exchanged with the chatbot are not stored nor used for profiling or marketing purposes.
